1. Introduction

These terms govern your access to and use of services, info-products, and goods provided by BookNowBase.

2. Scope

This document applies to all users purchasing services, digital materials, or physical items via BookNowBase.com.

3. Services Terms

BookNowBase offers a centralized bookkeeping and invoicing system tailored to the needs of small and medium organizations. Services include account setup, record maintenance, and invoice generation.

3.1 Scheduling and Cancellations

Service appointments must be scheduled through Contact Us. To modify or cancel, notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.

3.2 Non-Refundable Services

Certain live consultation packages require resource allocation in advance and are non-refundable. These packages are marked as non-refundable at the time of booking and reflect discounted arrangements based on guaranteed reservation.

4. Info-Product Terms

Digital offerings include tutorials, templates, and guides delivered electronically upon purchase confirmation.

4.1 Access and Use

Upon purchase, a secure link is provided to download materials. Access is granted for personal or organizational reference only.

4.2 Reimbursement Conditions

Requests for reimbursement of digital products must be submitted within 14 days of access. If less than half of the content remains unused, we will issue a reimbursement via the original payment method within 14 business days.

5. Goods Terms

Physical products are shipped to the address provided at checkout.

5.1 Delivery

Standard shipping completes within 5–7 business days. Expedited options may be available for additional charges.

5.2 Exchanges and Defects

Damaged or defective items are eligible for exchange at no extra charge. Other change requests must be made within 30 days of delivery; items must be sent back in original condition.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Services

Eligible cancellations submitted at least 7 days before the service date qualify for a full reimbursement. Requests received between 3 and 6 days incur a 50% fee. Cancellations fewer than 3 days prior or no-shows are not eligible for reimbursement due to resource commitment.

6.2 Info-Products

Requests for digital product reimbursement are accepted within 14 days. If more than half of the content has been accessed, the request will be denied. Approved requests are processed within 14 business days.

6.3 Goods

Goods eligible for change or reimbursement must be sent back in original packaging within 30 days. Upon inspection, we will process a reimbursement of the merchandise cost within 14 business days. Shipping costs are not reimbursed.

7. Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards and electronic transfers. All charges are processed securely.
